Governance

The William M. Kelley Alumni Association operates in support of William M. Kelley School and is governed by a volunteer board of directors, whose members have overall responsibility for the organization.  The board establishes permanent and temporary committees to carry out planning and coordination of Alumni Association activities.  These committees are made up of alumni volunteers and are open to all alumni.  The board of directors meets at least four times a year and committees meet as frequently as their needs dictate.
